COLD STORAGE
First Cold operate freezer storage space in both Hamilton and Stratford with a temperature range of -15C to -25C suitable for all food products. We operate our Stratford facility under export RMP accreditations, Hamilton operates under a National Food Safety Program and is also a Transistional Facility
We also offer freeze-down capabilities [Blast Freezing] at both Stratford and Hamilton

CHILLED AND AMBIENT STORAGE
In addition to our freezer space, First Cold operates both chilled and ambient storage at our Hamilton facility, with our chiller operating at 0C to +5C depending on your needs
